Reset body and mind with one of our 45 minute Sunday sessions, you'll leave feeling refreshed and enlivened Our sauna is tucked under a Fig tree and a Persian silk tree! An oasis in the Fens, you'll feel like you've arrived in heaven. Handbuilt, using waney-edged Douglas Fir, hemp batt insulation and Alder cladding. The Harvia Legend 150 woodburning stove surrounded by hot rocks keeps the temperature high and steady Another unique feature is the ceramic bead filtered water supply so that you can drink, shower and plunge in gloriously pure chlorine free water. Take advantage of our quirky Nissan hut changing room, pool-table slate shower and mini plunge pool, we've even got a longdrop toilet in the yard should you need. Sessions start on the hour and last 45mins. We ask that you don't wear perfume or strong scents for your sauna session. Bring two towels please, one to sit on and one to dry down with and please wear appropriate swimwear. Book one or more individual seats. Please ensure all participants read the terms and conditions if you're booking for more than one person.
