Karen offers stand-alone therapy sessions, online to meet and integrate child parts-of-self. Carl Jung coined this 'Shadow Work' and Karen adores meeting these young parts that have been hidden out of our own awareness - in our unconscious (shadow). She has ten years experience working with parts of self when she worked at Shetland Women's Aid and feels she can ably guide these child parts back home into your arms.
